Our en-suite bedrooms all have their own private access and bathrooms and they are separate bedroom suites at the back of the main property for privacy and peace and quiet.

All of our rooms are different and quirky in their own ways with lovely decor and simple furniture. All of the bedrooms have enclosed tile shower cubicles, toilet and table top sink. One bedroom is more Spanish in style with a Wetroom bathroom, toilet and modern wall sink.

Booking and Full Payment is required prior to arrival. You are covered by our cancellation policy. Please refer to the relevant T’s and C’s.

We provide towels and bedding in our rooms and Dorm, for camping it is possible to rent them.

We provide Breakfast and Dinner daily, it is also possible to order a take away pack lunch during breakfast service.

Designated smoking areas - outdoor terraces - no smoking inside the house or communal rooms

Silent hours (local laws) from 12 Midnight - 9am

Yes we accept Mastercard and Visa, we can also accept Revolut, Bizum or bank transfer.

We try to be fair to both sides with regards to cancellation. Our Room and Dorm bed free cancellation period stops after 14 nights prior to arrival, and for Camping up to 3 days before arrival, but if we fill the cancelled nights with another booking we are happy to refund the filled nights.

It is possible to extend subject to availability. Please contact Reception to request and organise.

For late arrivals we leave a site map and key at Reception highlighting the way to the accommodation and facilities. Check in can be done online prior to arrival and has to be completed by 12 midnight at the latest.

We are a pet friendly accommodation. We ask all dog owners to keep their dog on the leash and with them at all times, pets are not permitted in the kitchens, and we ask pet owners to please be vigilant and check the garden daily to scoop the poop!
